• The ILDS Institute teaches budding young conservatives how to succeed in the mass socialist process.
• ILDS Institute's graduates have the Practical knowledge and professional training required to put sound ideas into action through effective public policy.
• To form student groups and Organize grassroots campaigns.
• ILDS offers more than 20 types of training programs, workshops, and seminars and a top-notch intern program. The Institute also provides an employment placement service to help employers or job seekers place conservatives in public policy positions and the media at the lowest possible cost.
• Practical skills and professional training will be imparted through workshops under the auspices of ILDS for strengthening cooperative societies.
• Conduct training classes for community members to deposit their savings, paid credit, repayments, loans, and other technology.
• We provide new policies for rural development through training on micro, small and medium-scale industries to the members of cooperative societies.
• Conduct awareness training classes to support service industries' establishment and development in rural areas.
• Training in Certificate Courses in Rural Industry and Personal Development Courses in association with Industrial Sevakendras of State Government or Central Governments for young men and women of rural areas.
